got interviewed last March 3 2014 and the CO told me i was age out and gave me a letter saying 221g you did not meet the definition of a "child" under INA 101 (b)(1)(E). also told me that my petition is being returend to uscis for reconsideration . check in ceac my case is still in AP

then i got a call from usem last June 11 2015 saying that my case is still ok they sent me an email to what to bring. scheduled an appointment last December 15 2015 CO told me everything is ok. got my visa Jan 6.

now i just want to know does CSPA expire planning to go in us may 15 i will be 27, also do i still need to register in us selective service? when i turn 27

Selective service: No.

Almost all male U.S. citizens and male immigrants, who are 18 through 25, are required to register with Selective Service.

Take note of the expiration date on the visa, make sure to be IN the USA before that date.
