Hello every1 hope some1 can answer,am i entitled of the waived for the re filing fee of I765 while my I485 & I131 still pending?my I765 is denied i realize that instead of (c9) answer i put a9 i think that's the reason.uscis says they mailed the noticed hopefully I will received this week.

Hi every1 am i entitled in filing fee waived when i re apply for my I765 while my I485 & I132 still pending i got denied and i think the reason is Q16 answer is wrong instead of c9 i put a9 noticed not yet recieved hopefully this week.
