Philippines - Adminstrative Processing

I have a complicated one, lets see if anyone can help:

I had a previous marriage from the Philippines end in divorce only about 6 months after my x wife arrived to the states (We were married for a total of 4 years and I traveled back and forth to Philippines first few years) because she found out about an affair (after she was here in the states) I had in the Philippines that produced a daughter.

To make a long story short after my divorce I petitioned the mother of my daughter on a k1 visa. We had plenty of evidence to support our relationship plus we have a child.

Took about 10 months to get our interview;

At the interview they questioned my fiance for quite some time about my previous marriage. The two points the consulate brought up was that on my petition on explaining how I met her I stated that my new fiancé was a friend of my x wife. However my fiancé said she was an acquaintance and did not know her very well. When in fact we were both being honest on our answers just different perspectives. Also I listed my fiancé previous address as the same as my old address in Cebu (because that's the address I used when I applied for citizenship for my daughter of my fiancé ) and they questioned that because it was listed also as the address of my x ( I used that address for all my correspondence). They kept her passport and did not give her any type of denial form but said do not make any travel plans wait to hear from us and put it in administrative processing (which they sent an email to us confirming it is in administrative processing). Now I am worried. Anybody with similar experiences?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

WoW! You created a bunch of "red flags" doing some of that. I don't have any easy answers, from my easy chair it looks like the embassy could look at what you are doing as "marrying for visas", you and your wife divorced 6 months after she arrived in the USA (flag), you stated your new fiancee was a friend of your X wife (flag), you listed same addresses for both women (flag), your fiancee's answers don't concur with your information (flag). Very possible they could deny.

Yes it could seem that stacking visa but thats far from the truth....address was listed because that was the address i used to apply for my daughters citizenship....this was a case of a love triangle gone bad...i could not possibly plan to have a child and three years later stack a visa......but your right you can look at it either way. If they deny i guess i have to apply again?
