Hi Everyone:

We sent the AOS paperwork in on 11/25/15, and also the EAD I-765. We did not send the I-131 at that time. David has already had his biometrics on 12/22/15. If we now decided we wanted to send in the I-131, I know I can with the NOA showing we have a pending I-485, but will they still combine with EAD, or since they were not submitted together, is it too late for the combo card?

We don't have any specific reason as of yet for the I-131, but knowing the AOS can be a lengthy process, it may be a good thing to have on second thought. (I know we should have just done it in the first place!)

3/27/2018: Received NOA Letter w/Notice Date of 3/22/2018

5/30/2019: Received Notification New Card Being Produced

6/5/2019: Received Green Card
