My fiancee had her interview on December 28, 2015 (question posted on January 7, 2016) in Islamabad, Pakistan. I flew from DC to be there with her during this interview process. Good thing I was there because the officer asked both of us some questions. After the interview the officer kept her passport and this is exactly what he said "everything looks ok...we just have to check some things on our end so it should take about 2 weeks. If we need anything we'll call you otherwise everything looks good".

It's been one week and when I check the status online using non-immigrant visa link it says "no status" and when I check the status using immigrant visa link it says "Ready". We were given no slip or instructions indicating refusal or AP.

Based on the officer's final words and what I am finding online as far as the status goes what should I think? I'm a bit confused because to me it's neither a "yes" or a "no".

It is odd that you were not given a slip, and may be a good sign- 2 weeks is often how long it takes a visa to print and be on its way to you, so here is hoping.

That being said, what sort of questions did the interview concentrate on? Any red flags such as recent divorce or religious and age differences?

They asked simple, basic questions. Like how we met and what do I do in the U.S. He did give me a receipt for the fee we paid and that's it. I did ask him before I walked away if my fiancee will get the visa and the CO said "yes" but still very confusing since he did not use words such as "approve" or "granted"...

Same thing happened to me..CO said "documents look good and I have no further question". If they kept her passport that's a good indication. I got my visa 9 days after my interview. Just wait for the visa.
