No, I don't mind. My divorce finalized before I applied. I waited till my 90 days window to apply, not right after I got my divorce decree. My ex texted me that he wrote to USCIS to inform them we got divorced but he didn't shared with me what he wrote about and I didn't ask either. And no interview.

I received my I-797 (NOA) extending my residency today, 01/19, dated 01/14 which includes one holiday (MLK 01/18), my check was also cashed today. I'm very impressed, I thought it was going to be week

Yeah, it's 1 (800) 375-5283.

 

I think you choose option 2 and put your receipt number then wait till the end of the message and choose option 3, I believe.

- Scheduled hubby for INFO PASS dated Sept.26,2012

Sept.21,2012 - Hubby received a call from USCIS Lady doing a "PHONE INTERVIEW".
Sept.24,2012- Received Text & Email " CASE APPROVED"
Sept.26,2012- Hubby still went to his INFO PASS appointment to asked further assitance for the next stage.
Sept.28,2012- Received Noa2 Hard copy

Nov.5, 2013 - Received Case # and Invoice ID Number
Nov.6, 2013 - Received Email for AOS & FEE Bill
