I received my I-797 (NOA) extending my residency today, 01/19, dated 01/14 which includes one holiday (MLK 01/18), my check was also cashed today. I'm very impressed, I thought it was going to be week

I-751 ROC- Vermont Center-

Filed: 01/15/2016- became CRI89

NOA: 01/29/2016

Biometrics: 02/17/2016

I551 stamped: 01/09/2017 

       Is anyone here CRI89? I don't know which Center I belong to because it posted that CRI89  is application sent to CSC...but the processing time for CSC is May 2016...I tried to make inquiries but it said I couldn't because my application is still in the processing time:cry:waiting this for a long time is so painful..

      Should I file N400 while my i751 is still pending? 

 Thank you for your advices...

According your profile (correct me if I'm wrong) that you located in Georgia which is your service center will be Vermont Service Center (VSC). 

We all got CRI89 in the NOA ASC (fingerprint appointment notice) and I personally think CRI89 is the name that USCIS call all filers with Removed Condition Green Card (i751).

CSC is much faster than VSC as always, they even transfers some I751 cases to CSC due to overload in the past. 

Please go a head and file your N400(Application for Naturalization), I did the same and the officer which I spoke to during the I551 stamp appointment stated that submit the N400 application will push VSC process your i751 faster (because they just simply can not naturalize you when you still in remove of condition process.)

I went to the InfoPass appt today since the extension letter will expire at the end of this month. It was 930AM appt so there weres only 3 people in the waiting room and 3 officers so I was in and out within only 30min. I also had called in for a service request 3 days ago and also was advised to get the stamp asap since it's kind of hard to make the appointment. Got the stamp and was told will receive a letter of result in the next 2 weeks (maybe just a general service request letter but I am just hopping)....

 

P/S I did ask if what I did was wrong which is putting the blue RFE sheet into the envelope then put the envelope on top of the docs and the officer said it was ok the people who receive the pakage will tear everything apart then file to the case....

Thank you so much for your sincere advices :thumbs:. I thought my application was in CSC because it defines CRI89 is the transfer notice to another service center. I mailed it to VSC so it would be transferred to CSC. But now I know it is still in VSC. Can I ask what included in your N400? Hope the good news is coming to all of us.

GC arrived in the mail today, only 5 days after i got the letter and online status of approval, definitely didn't expect it this soon but i'm happy to have it.

 

I guess this is where my ROC journey ends, bon voyage and good luck to everyone still waiting.

Hi everyone, I think my case is getting approved. 

This morning I check the status and it showed "New Card Is Being Produced". That's totally a good sign for me. FYI, the status still showed "Case was received" yesterday. My NOA dated Jan 19 2016. i will keep you guys updated when I have my 10y card in hand.

Congrats Butin. Glad your ROC journey coming to an end.  We are still here hanging......wishing......praying and waiting for our status to changed like yours showing "NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED", rather than keeping on reading "case was received".

Nov.12,2013- AOS & IV payment status "PAID"
Nov.21,2013- DS-260 submitted
Dec.9,2013 - AOS & IV package sent
Dec.13,2013- False checklist received. Called NVC to confirm and they said just ignore it. Its like a confirmation
they received our documents.
Jan.14,2014 - Called NVC and heared our document was reviewed Jan.9 - and we got a checklist
on AOS & IV.

Jan.15,2014- Received official email checklist

Jan.15,2014- Responded to IV checklist in the afternoon. Sending my NBI CLEARANCE (again) Thru FedEx.

Jan 17,2014- NVC received FedEx document at 9:40a.m. signed by G.Peters

Jan 17,2014- Hubby took a half day off at work to dropped off personally to the lawyer's office, a checklist on his
AOS.

Jan.21,2014- IV checklist reviewed

Jan. 29,2014- AOS checklist reviewed

Feb. 20, 2014 - CASE COMPLETE

Feb. 27, 2014 - Received Official Email..Case Complete

Feb, 28, 2014 - Received P4

April 1, 2014 - INTERVIEW DATE 9:30a.m.

Me. I checked online 10 times a day. Status always "case was received"
