Hi Alguien:

 

This change on the website is the only notice I am aware of. It just appeared there this morning.

 

They could have sent something in the mail but I am away from home and don't check it every day. I doubt it though because I have people monitoring my mail and they haven't reported anything. I check my telephone voicemail and email daily and there was nothing there either.

 

There was no RFE and no interview.

 

We did go to our local USCIS office in October and they stamped the passport with a one year extension from that date. That process was quick and painless.

 

We submitted a very solid package with joint tax returns, marriage certificate, birth certificate of our little boy, joint bank accounts and investment accounts.

 

Based on recommendations by other people on various blogs we submitted several family photos as well as some with our Congressman at a couple of his events.

 

There shouldn't have been any doubt that we met the requirement that we have a "valid relationship."

I checked on the website twice everyday and my emails all the time. Hopefully my status will change soon!

I got a letter in the mail today saying that my case was approved as well and now the website shows that the new card is being produced, same as you, no interview and no RFE, i was almost certain i would get at least one of either since my package was about 1 inch think and i sent just a sample of bank statements but i guess they can also check stuff going back to i129F and K1 and 9 years should be enough to prove  a "valid relationship" hehe.

I signed up but got neither, only the letter in the mail and the update online on the same day (dec06), i checked the status online on dec05 and it still showed as being processed at that time.

Still in waiting mode. I actually went to the local USCIS and got the i551 stamp in my passport. Like everyone else, the stamp process is quick and painless. I also asked the officer about my case and he said my case is not assigned to any particular officer yet and the status indicate that "ready to review" which mean the security check (or background check) has been done and it's waiting for someone to review it. My NOA is dated Jan 19 2015. 

Hope all filers in Jan 2016 will have result soon.

I got the stamp myself on dec20, only issues with it was securing an appointment slot and the 3.5 drive each way to get there lol but the actual business was alright. About using that stamp to get back into the US i have my own funny story to tell involving >2hrs waiting in secondary inspection at LAX a few days ago, so i'm really relieved that the actual card will be mailed "hopefully" not that long from now.

I received a notice via mail last week Wednesday (1/4) saying that my application has been approved and my status was updated online today (1/9) to "New Card Is Being Produced". Hooray! Good luck to those who are still waiting! It's coming!
