hey guys. just wanted to update. we received an RFE. totally surprised us. we've been together since 2007, married since 2012. we sent in everything we had and they still sent us an rfe for more proof of bonafide marriage.

here's what we sent:

federal and state tax returns for the last 3 years

joint rental lease

deed to our home that we built last year

joint federal, life, health and dental insurance

joint bank account with statements from the last 3 years

joint credit card

power of attorney and last will for both of us

gym membership statements

2 affidavits from friends

drivers license with same address

pictures from our wedding through now

joint credit card statements

there's more i just don't have my cover letter in front of me. anyways, most of what they asked for we already sent. we don't have anything else to send them and i'm very surprised we got an rfe. i am a federal employee and have her on all of my insurances and we own our home together. i just don't know what else they could possibly want. does anyone have any ideas?

It seems that you have already included everything. What else is in the list that USCIS asked you to provide?

Hello everyone, I applied for the removal of conditions around mid January and went in for Biometrics in Feb.

After receiving an RFE last month I submitted the extra evidence needed and they got it on August 24th. Looking at the dates everyone is posting for the service center I used (California) I'm starting to get a bit nervous.

So...my case was transferred from the field office to CSC on September 7th and I received Card production message today.
