I-751 January 2016 Filers

Received an RFE last week. Didn't include W2 in tax docs, and joint banking account info wasn't enough. Printed a #### ton of stuff and sent it this week.

Even though it's an RFE, it's a good sign. Means they're looking at Jan filers.

We did not include the W2-s either. Just copies of tax transcripts.

Approved. Status changed online to saying that card is being shipped.

Congratulations. Now on to citizenship.

Hello!! Just a quick update - I received my GC today....that's six days from approval notification. They sent it priority with tracking.

Congrats! Did you get the tracking number in your online USCIS account? Did you get any update at all after the approval update? Thanks!

Yes, the tracking information was supplied via the online case status update, it wasn't quoted in the email. I was notified when the card was picked up from the production place in KY and again once it was delivered to my mail box...cool hey ? I tracked that bad boy all the way to its new home....lol

To be honest I don't care anymore. We will apply for citizenship in December/January and I don't travel international until that point.

It would be nice to end the waiting game, but that's not in our hands.

I have no idea why the USCIS slowed down, but that's their problem. They have to get all that work done at one point.

Ok, so I have 2 WAC numbers. One that came with I 751 receipt notice extending my conditional residency for 1 more year and another that came with I 797 with my biometrics schedule for cr189. The i751 has not worked at all when I check the status online. The only thing that works is the one that came with cr189. Which ones have you been using?

The one comes with bio appointment letter.
