I received my I-797 (NOA) extending my residency today, 01/19, dated 01/14 which includes one holiday (MLK 01/18), my check was also cashed today. I'm very impressed, I thought it was going to be week

Can someone please add my wife and I to this list? I have no idea where to find this rich text editor and don't want to mess up the list.

We filed through the CSC on 1/24, got NOA1 1/26, had biometrics 4/15. Thank you.

The first November Filers got approved.

So just two more month for us.

Is your online status the same? My shows:

"On January 25, 2016, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received,

Receipt Number WACXXXXXXXXX, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case.

Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by February 24, 2016,

please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address"

But VSC is still stuck with July filers! What a surprise that VSC is moving so slowly O__O "…

Ok, yes, one guy wrote he got approved, but that's it.

We don't even have 1/4 of the November-Filers approved, so your message here is a little bit too optimistic.

But we might see some more December-Approvels at the end of the month, that means that we might get the first January-Approvels

at the end of next month. But the majority of us will need at least two more month, that's a fact.

So no, we don't have to wait "just" another month, it will be two month and more, look at the November-Approvels.

Me and my hubby are so happy today. We are so ready for summer to come when i'm out of school so we can have a big celebration... We filed back in January and we just received a letter of approval from our local USCIS office. I have been watching posts that is on Visajourney since a long time ago and it really helps me a lot in filling. However, my only concern is why my approval notice is from our local USCIS ? I thought it was supposed to be sent from National Service Center??

Always interesting that nearly every month has one user who gets his/her approval a way before the rest.

I waited forever just to get my Biometrics done.

But you know the good part? We might see each other again soon, but this time for our naturalization. :)
