I received my I-797 (NOA) extending my residency today, 01/19, dated 01/14 which includes one holiday (MLK 01/18), my check was also cashed today. I'm very impressed, I thought it was going to be week

I finally got my biometrics appointment notice. It's for 3/18.

I got a letter today, it says that they got my request and you will receive the appointment notice in the mail shortly, as a courtesy, we have enclosed a copy of the ASC notice.

My biometrics date is the 03/21/2016..

It doesn't make me super happy, I was hoping that I don't need a biometrics, but better than nothing. I was going to call them on Monday (with my wife), no need for that anymore.

It was already 1 am and we were going to bed when I saw your message. I didn't check the mail that day, so I went out and saw the letter. I guess it got lost before, good that we called in.

The best thing is, that we got a number to check our status online. It's just a waiting game now, nobody in September 2015 got approved, so we will have to wait another 5 month or more. Glad that we both don't have to worry about the biometrics anymore.

Add Jaiden_Germany and Daigo's bio and delete Ortolan (he moved to Feb filers)

Good luck CSC filers, you only need wait another 5 months or so.

I received the first NOA and we been to biomentrics, however the status online did not change, it still says wait for NOA.

Don't worry, that's normal.

I was reading that they don't update it after the biometrics.

The next update will be the approval and after that the card production.

Hi Omarov, nice to read you.

The good news is, that the first September Filers (of the California Service Center) got approved.

So I guess it will be like that:

End of March/April - September Filers

End of April/May - October Filers

End of May/June - November Filers

End of June/July - December Filers

End of July/August - January Filers

So we migth get 1/2 people approved in July, but the big amount of the January Filers will get the approval notice in August.
