HI,

I have heard some members mentioned that they emailed USCIS about their case and have gotten a response. The only email I see is about the website and they say not to put any specific information in about your case.

It's just that we mailed our RFE last week and I haven't heard anything from them that they have received it. I sent it priority mail (delivery confirmation). I thought it would give me tracking information, but, all it gives me is the city and state. I'm sure it probably arrived at the right place, I just wish I would hear something from them.

Is there a way of contacting them by email? Any suggestions?
