K1 Visa Medical in the States

I am hoping one of you could help me?

Received my LND case number and booked my medical here in the UK for the 19th of January.

I'm in the states this week coming and my sweetheart fiancé, bless her, went and booked me in for a medical at her local authorized Physicians for the 15th.

First of all, can I even do my medical in the states for the K1 Visa? And secondly would the 15th in America be any quicker than waiting until the 19th when I'm back in the UK?

K1 visa medicals need to be performed by the London Doctors appointed by the American Embassy in London. The results of your medical are passed onto the London Embassy and then they schedule your interview date. Id cancel the medical in America and attend the arranged medical in London on the 19th.

As far as I know you'll have to do the medical at the place the UK embassy refer you too in the UK.

Afraid not. You need your medical done at Knightsbridge in London.
