I believe uscis specifically tells us not to staple things. Imagine them having to unstaple millions of documents. Somebody will find a way to get thier finger pricked rofl.gif .

If it hasn't already been cashed, then in the next couple of days. It took about a week for them to cash my check.

It took them 10 days to cash mine. Don't worry USCIS will be more than happy to cash that check. Good luck on your journey and keep us posted.

how fast to take yer money? eh - within 10 days of them receiving it.

So, which shipping method did you use ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Since we received every single extremely important document from the USCIS in first class mail, that is how we sent in our application. Feel if you make them sign a receipt, they get teed off and toss your application in a bin someplace. Also always used a personal check, recall mailing ours on a Monday, checked my on-line banking, and our check was cashed the following Thursday/
