I-765 Approved can i apply for jobs now? or wait for my approval letter in the post along with my EAD card

Good morning, today my I-765 was Approved,along with my Permission to travel Yay, (well its says it online for now ) however i have some questions that I'm not 100% sure on and seem pretty simple.

can i apply for jobs now? or do i have to wait for my approval letter in the post along with my EAD card.

or can i apply for jobs today, but only accepted offers and start actually work once my EAD card arrives.?

Yes if the possible future employer will allow it.

Yes, you can apply for jobs. Some employers allow you to accept offers and give you some time to provide proof of your work authorization. Yes, you can only start woking once you have the EAD and can provide a copy to your employer.
