Confusion surrounding fees

We filed our I-130 DCF in Mexico. We paid the initial fee of $420 when we sent the I-130. Now we are filling out the DS-260 online and I am confussed about what other fees are to come. I see a USCIS immigrant fee of $165 to be paid online. What else are we missing?

You will be asked to pay for a fee the day of the interview, in the consulate in ciudad juarez, it was around 300 dolars, take a credit card to pay. So you dont handle money in cash.

Can you tell me what the other +/- $150 is for? I know you have to pay the higher amount, but I don't know what the extra is for.

After your visa is accepted in the consulate, they will send your passport via dhl. Along with your passport there will be a sealed packet of documents, you will have to deliver this to the officer who admits you to the US on the point of entry. The fee is for the processing of this packet by the uscis in the US. Remember to not open the packet, hand it in sealed.

I actually tried to pay for my DS-260 on-line but couldn't and later learned all fees are paid at the consulate when filling DCF.
