It does, and the culture of the middle east is massively influenced by islam. it's part of the reason why the region is littered with failed states and violence. Heck, it's the reason these people want to leave to begin with (not including those who want to come only to kill westerners).

Great idea, but depends how you approach it. The "multiculturalism" vs "melting pot" debate. I favor the latter in both long term and short term contexts.

I should also mention that "inclusion" can mean "exclusion" in certain contexts.

I'll use the example of police officers wearing hijabs (or any religious attire) in the UK, parts of Canada and Minnesota. Proponents of this will understand my point of view on that once an anti-Israel protester is arrested by yamukkah-wearing police officers.
