K2 follow to join (no vaccine record)

hi vj's member i have a question. what if the K2 visa (follow to join) holder doesn't have Vaccine record anymore? cuz they stop giving vaccine after he got sick every week for 1month - 6months old,he is 3 yrs old now. but he already undergo BCG, Hepa B and rota virus but they lost the baby book.. thnx alot.

Don't know in the Philipines but here he would have to get them again since your can't prove he already got them.

Self reported vaccines are not acceptable. During the immunization interview the guardian of your K2 will be asked about vaccines, just let them know what he had and they will check vaccine scars (BCG).

Don't stress yourself over it. All vaccines that he will need will be given in St Lukes no addtl fees. Vaccines are age specific.
