@Peachbythebeach, wether you waive the sig.requirement or not I believe the confirmation signature is from the postal worker, not anyone working at the Service Center - it's just a PO box. Anyway that's how my post office explained it to me.

Oh gotcha - that makes sense.

Lets talk about last minute. I Fedex'ed my wifes out 2 days BEFORE her card expired. I had to send it overnight, and they got it the day before her card expired. Few weeks later we receivd NOA and Bio.

Key is getting it in on time, let them RFE if the need more eveindence. As long as you have everything so they will do the initial acceptance you are fine.

Timeline I-751 (Removal of conditions):

12/21/2006 - Sent to Vermont Service Center UPS Early AM Overnight

12/22/2006 - Reached Vermont Service Center

12/26/2006 - USPS Money Order cashed ($275.00)

01/04/2006 - Individual Fee Register Receipt Received

02/05/2007 - NOA Received

02/05/2007 - Biometrics Appointment Received

02/15/2007 - Biometrics Appointment

03/14/2007 - Finally made it in to do biometrics. No problems going in a month late

06/20/2007 - Received an Email stating that her card was "Ordered for production"... WE'RE APPROVED

06/25/2007 - 10 Year Green Card Arrived!!!!!

Timeline

i sent it on friday - usps attempted delivery on saturday. i assume it was closed on saturday as the status showed undeliverable. that had me scared - nevertheless, this morning i checked and usps had it delivered early this morning. printed the delivery confirmation!

got it in one day before it was due - hopefully it goes through smoothly and i don't get a rfe.

Timeline

3/09/07 - Mailed out I-751 to TSC - expiration date is 03/13/07 - Cutting it close!

3/12/07 - USPS confirms delivery

3/13/07 - Check clears bank

3/21/07 - Reciept for BioMetrics Fee
