The sentencing guidelines under the terrorism act didn't apply to this case was the judge's ruling.

Hence the protest.

How they chose to protest was definitely inappropriate. Doesn't make them terrorists any more than when the Indians of All Tribes occupied Alcatraz for 18 months or when Wounded Knee, SD was occupied for 2 months.

When you identify who exactly they "terrorized" though please provide an update.

So far you have managed to conclude that the only one hurt is one of the group itself.

I actually have not been able to verify if these Domestic Terrorists injured the FBI agent, from the full video posted raw but which Lost cut out of his clip much earlier in this thread, at the tail end of the high speed chase ending in the death of one of the Domestic Terrorists. So I can not say for certain that they have not hurt anyone else.

Me either. Difference (just my opinion) between a protest gone wrong and done stupidly and terrorism and it is also my view that it is wrong, approaching dangerous actually, when the authorities misapply the law.

My view seems to match the view of the original sentencing judge. That's just me.

If you are bouncing back and forth between the original case, the firebug cattlemen that enjoy poaching, and the Domestic Terrorists who support them it's not surprising that you are confusing your loyal readers and getting mixed up responses.
