NOA2 on the 16th, and no NVC. I have a feeling all the ones from that week (14 - 18th) were probably bundled and sent together based on what I've seen on other boards. Fingers crossed we all hear something soon!


Congrats! Me too! And it says to book my interview, I am confused! I thought we should send packet 3 and only book the interview after receiving packet 4...Does it says to book your interview too?

Do you mind me asking which embassy? We didn't get in under the cusp for Vancouver still accepting (March 31st) K1s. We'd be preparing for the Vancouver process but now I've been looking into the differences for Montreal. There are only a few differences, but everything I find online definitely has the Packet 3 followed by Packet 4 process so I'm wondering if something has changed. Thanks!

Ha, filling out the DS-160 was eventful... Hopefully it's all correct, so many dates, and nonsense and a photo verifying webpage that didn't like me.

I've also already worked out one of the dates I gave was incorrect... but hopefully it's something that can be 'as accurate as possible' lol

Ours was approved March 4 and I received the noa2 on the 11. Consulate received March 38, And it arrived at our consulate March 31. We already did everything and booked the appointment for April 29, and just got the instruction "packet 3" just 5 minutes ago. Definitely varies by consulate.

It was crazy wasn't it! Took almost two hours and I knew all the info or had emailed it to myself for easy retrieval!

Quick question about the DS-160, When it asks you to upload a photograph. Can it be the same photograph that we used for the first application? I already have that one scanned in, or do I need to go and take a new photograph?

It says as long as it's taken in the last 6 months. I used the same one from application as I took it Jan 2, and make my own passport photos online and printed at home. I just used the tool to crop it right and submitted it that way.

Based on the people that have updated their timelines, the NVC is finishing up on NOA2s from March 11th. They should be progressing to the following week of March 14th-18th soon. Our NOA2 was on March 14th. I plan to call tonight because I find its less 'on hold' time. I know our case should arrive their soon, based on the latest time-frames. Hoping all of us are with our sweethearts soon! (F)

My NOA2 is Mar 18. I hope we all get our NVC case # sometimes this week. Good luck everyone whose wating for NoA2.

03/11/19: I751 sent to Phoenix, AZ.

03/12/19: Package delivered and signed for

03/19/19: The check was cashed. Text message was received couple hours later (#LIN)

03/22/19: Received NOA/18 months extended letter for GC

9/14/19: Biometrics letter received in the mailbox. Appointment is on Sep 25,2019

1/24/2020:  "New card is being produced"

This makes sense. Your NOA 2 was the week before ours. Hopefully the people from the next week will start getting NVC case numbers soon, and then be able to book quickly. Hoping my consulate has appointments early as soon as yours did.

We've been approved! NOA1 date was January 4, but the RFE slowed us down by about a month. They approved us after three business days of receiving our RFE response. Yay!
