'm I the only January filer without NOA2 yet??? My NOA1 is Jan 27... Everyone seem to have passed the NOA2 stage... I know the average time is 5months... but it just looks like 'm the only one left without NOA2... Someone please tell me 'm not alone???

Just a lil update. we got our case number today. noa2 was march 4

Congratulations!! Our NOA2 was March 4th, called NVC this morning, was told they haven't received it yet. It looks like the processing time may have something to do with beneficiary's nationality.

urs should be coming soon. as at same time yesterday when I called. they were yet to receive it.

Ours was received Jan 19.... You're a bit behind. Be a little more patient it will happen!!! I don't think any of us got notified even with notifications turned on on our online accounts... Just keep checking your status!! Should b any day now!!

Looks like it might be trial and error? Try the 24th and work forwards?

I'd need to play around with it once my case shows in transit.

There was another thread about DHL tracking somewhere with PDF instructions, I have it saved at work... will see if it gives any clearer direction.

I think I have tried evey combination around this date on DHL and mine still doesn't show up

Nope...mine was Jan14th and still waiting too, I believe many more people are. It's all case by case but I believe the rep preparing the case matters too. There's not much one can do except wait and hopefully they pick up file and start working on it. Don't worry you're not alone.

I was curious about other I-129F petitions that have the same NOA1 date as mine, so I went to the USCIS site and did a little digging. I found 57 cases with the same NOA1 date as mine. Of those, 3 were rejected right away. Of the remaining 54, 28 were approved, 10 RFE’s, and 16 still awaiting some kind of action.

So, you and I are not alone in waiting some kind of action. There are many other January I-129F filers still waiting for the NOA2.

Yep!!! it feels like it's taking forever but I've seen people wait longer than us and they got it approved. My fiancée is dealing with it as well but I hope we get it sooner than later. Jan 14th is a while ago but still within USCIS time frame.

Received Visa in hand this morning, three days after interview and approval. It has been said before, but it's true. After NOA2, everything moves as quickly as you want it to. My NOA2 was Feb 16th, and here we are, at the end.

If you go to the website for USCIS case status: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

you can enter your receipt number from your NOA1. If you increment your receipt number you will see that there are other I-129F petitions, and you can see the status. There is no personal information here, not even the beneficiary country. Just the petition type, receipt number and status.

So, if your receipt number is WAC100, you can enter WAC101, WAC102, etc.

It seems like the volume of cases is huge - there are I-130's, I-765's, and many others. I'm surprised that some petitions are approved so quick, given the volume of cases out there.

On the app I can search 500 at a time but like you said it shows all applications. I was hoping you figured out a way to only view the I-129s haha...Fingers crossed for the January filers!!!

Mine finally showed up.

Even though it said yesterday it was in transit on the ceac site, it wasn't picked up by DHL until today
