Already spent 20 minutes listening to the hold music, your turn.

Ha ha ha I was not even on hold two minutes... But it was physically received today!!! They said up to 42 days to get assigned a case number but I could cal "periodically" to get an update. Said only thing after this was a notification to Fiancé in Guatemala. Dam right I'll be calling!!

Maybe we should exchange numbers Tricked?? Ha ha

The 42 day thing is for I-130's, ours take a matter of days.


Someone who was approved on the 3/2 shows it was received Friday 3/25 and they received their case # today, 3/28.

Hopefully yours goes that quick.

Aha, good to know.

So, Fri will have been the 3rd's, today the 4th's, and so on.

So in theory, the 7th's will be tomorrow. Touch wood.

It depends on how busy they are, if they are exceptionally busy, you won't get the option to hold, just keep redialing... 20 is my record...
