14-03-2016 - NOA2

Just wondering when should I start calling NVC to check?

Yea, 10 business days seems a good time to start.

I've been calling since 5 business days, and have had no joy, and this is day 9.

The other recent NVC I know of got the number after 14 working days, so this seems most plausible.

8/16/16 AOS Received at Chicago.

8/18/16 AOS NOA1 Issued, email and text notification received.

8/22/16 AOS NOA1 Hard copy received.

9/2/16 Bio Metrics Letter received for 13th September.

9/2/16 Change of Address Requested

9/13/16 Biometrics completed.

9/13/16 Change of Address confirmed completed.

From what I read this morning the first February filer got an NOA2 so yours could be coming next week :)

He says he received the hard copy on Feb. 5th not the NOA1 ... But yes you are still inside normal processing time there are quite a few from January still waiting. And normal processing for CSC is 5 months. Hope you get it soon.

We received the hardcopy of our NOA1 last February 5. Still waiting for our NOA2 or RFE. Are we still in the normal waiting range?

Bottom of your timeline can give you an estimated time of when you will receive your NOA2. It is based on the VJ members that actually update their timeline so its best to update when possible. Mine said from the 15th to the 18th and it happened on the 17th. It took 55 days from acceptance to approval. Now waiting to hear from the NVC. :D

03/03/2020: online submitted N400 application

 

ROC I-751 (Open window 1/24/2019)

03/11/19: I751 sent to Phoenix, AZ.

03/12/19: Package delivered and signed for

03/19/19: The check was cashed. Text message was received couple hours later (#LIN)

03/22/19: Received NOA/18 months extended letter for GC

9/14/19: Biometrics letter received in the mailbox. Appointment is on Sep 25,2019

1/24/2020:  "New card is being produced"


AOS for K1

07/07/16: I-485, I-765, I-131 AOS Application sent to USCIS Chicago IL.

07/08/16: Package delivered

7/12/16: Electronic texts & email receiveds

7/15/16: 3 Hardcopy NOA1s received in the mailbox with dated July 11,2016

7/23/16: Biometrics letter received in the mailbox. Appointment is on Aug 4,2016

8/4/16: BIO is done at Denver USCIS support center

8/17/16: I485 changed to "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" When????

9/12/16: EAD/AP status changed to New card is being produced ---> then EAD/AP approved same day

9/16/16: EAD/AP Hard copy approval notices received. Card was mailed to me

9/23/16: EAD/AP combo card received

Aos interview 4/24/2017 --> approved on the spot. GC expire 4/24/2019

 

K-1 Journey:

1/18/16: I-129F Package sent via FedEx to Lewisville, TX

1/20/16: I-129F Package delivered

1/22/16: NOA1 notice date (routed to CSC)

Download the app that is what I did. I havent gotten the letter in the mail but I went to check the app today and it didnt say anything until I exited and it updated. Said it was approved yesterday!

Rceived my RFE today in the mail, and it turns out that it was the website my fiance and I met on that caused it. We met on POF and according to the RFE, it states that it is an International Marriage Broker, but it's not! So I've been dealing with this alll day, trying to get in contact with POF, but no answer. I contacted the parent company,and they are not helpful, so I'm stressed out... :crying:

I've read about this happening to someone else with POF...I think that person emailed the customer and got a response back pretty quick stating they are not a IMB. Sorry I can't remember where I read it but maybe try that? I met my fiance on Interpals which is also not an IMB so I'm hoping we don't get an RFE for that as well.

read the part of (paid membership and paid features) which is the terms and condition of POF that isn't a int'l marriage broker website and keep contacting the customer service to get a letter or email from them to support ur say.
