Yeah, doing it yourself is definitely cheapest, but I'm always paranoid that I'm not going to get something right -- the amount of space my head should take up, the lighting, the background, etc. For now I just prefer to put it in someone else's hands ;)

I never said anything about doing it yourself I wouldn't do that. It is just a list over places with price in the bottom

Ah yes, but the first part of the page talks about how you can do it yourself much cheaper and then just get it printed at these places. I thought you were pointing that out; my mistake! :)

I just received a text and email for an RFE.
I figured I already knew what it was for but now that everyone is mentioning passport photos and writing names on the back - I completely forgot to do that with this petition.

I wonder if they send the photos back or if we have to supply new ones. If we need to get new ones Im in serious trouble since I just came back from Cuba.

They don't have mail to America and their scanners DON'T scan photos clear AT ALL.

Ughhhhhh

Something wrong with my application also since I saw most approve cases are under 50 days. I'm in the 55 days and have not heard any thing from USCIS. Are any member in January fliers got the NOA2 after 50 days?? Not expected a REF but I think I will get one soon.

I'm REALLY REALLY hoping we don't get an RFE and it's just taking longer than usual for whatever reason.

Does anybody know if they take longer than usual if the foreign beneficiary has been to the U.S. before, such as in my case.... my fiancée has come to visit a number of times using her tourist visa. Maybe they take longer for security clearance? Also, my name doesn't help either - it's one of the most traditional, common names like ever!

I have spent 2 of the last 6 months in the USA on the visa waiver program, and I'm also being processed in a country that I'm just a resident in, not a citizen. So I'm not sure that would alter the processing times, they just seem to take a little longer with some applications, mine took 53 days.

Anyone who has a fiancé in South America, or specifically, Brazil get an acceptance? I'm thinking mine is in someone's "I'll get to it later pile" because I was 100% confident I sent my petition perfectly.

I believe I saw someone earlier who is processing in Brazil that got their approval. Head over to the timelines and filter out for K-1 for Brazil so you can see. :time:

That's what I've done and I haven't seen any NOA2 activity for Mexico K-1s since 2/29/16
