Sorry, just want to make sure I understand correctly...

After we get the paper NOA2, we should wait 10 days and then start calling NVC for our case #?

As a rule of thumb, yes.

WillyGP got his number 14 working days after NOA2.

*after you get the notification, not the paper. (this would be the notice date on the paper) It's when the case would have updated on the app.

Anicap, not saying wait 10 days. In my case mine was received with 14 days from I got the approval. Mine package was sent from WSC (California). I started calling after a week from when I got my approval message and email. They will tell you each time your call, if it hasn't been received it take up to 35 days for them to get it. Mine took 14 day to get there. It arrived on the 10th, and the 14th I called back and it was already assigned a case number. Other people might be different, just shaing my timeline, and hopefully others might see similar things.

What time did y'all get your noa2s?

I got mine at 11pm, and then email messages at 1130pm.

My K-1 Timeline:

01/04/2016: Sent I129f to NSC
01/06/2016: NOA1 (from WAC)
02/23/2016: NOA2 (Via Text and Emails at 11pm)
02/27/2016: Paper NOA2 in the mail

03/10/2016 Package arrived at NVC

Congrats, my case was approved on March 14th too, NOA1 date is Jan 28. fingers crossed for all rest of Jan Filers.

is there anything my fiancé and i can prepare for saving time while waiting for NOA3? thank you!

Congrats! We were also approved on March 14th with same NOA1 Jan 28th. Is there a NOA3?

We went to his country's US Embassy website and printed the checklist which is the packet 4. He will start gathering things from the checklist such as: police clearance certificate, passport photos, birth certificate and etc. he can't do his medical exam until he receives the letter from the U.S. Embassy in Delhi. Each country operates a little differently when it gets to this part of the process. I would suggest to you to go to your fiancé US Embassy website and you can also go to his country's forum on here to see what has been discussed. For now, I have gathered the contact information for the NVC so that I can start calling them in 10 days to see when they receive our file and assign a case number.

The email/text service doesn't seem to be too reliable, for our NOA1 my fiance got a text and email, but for the NOA2 we got no text and the email was sent to me and not my fiance.

I have an Alien Registration number on mine, right above my name at the top right hand side of the letter.

Mine is nothing and i'm from philippines. What should i do now.. should we call the uscis? They said they will also give me a alien number once they issued me a visa.

Woke up this morning to the app saying 1-129f Approved - NOA2 (15th mar) my NOA1 was 25th Jan! I'm so happy to be moving on to the next stage of waiting lol! I have received no email and no text to my fiancé like with the NOA1!
