Helloo everyone.. Quick question

I just noticed i forgot to fill my Socials sec # in the i-129f and the G-325 form. i received my Noa1 a month ago and waiting for noa2

Do you think they can get my social sec # using my alien #?

Do you think i should call uscis to give them this info?

will i get an rfe for this???

Anybody with any ideas...???

Maybe try giving USCIS a call about this tomorrow, hopefully they can just take your SS number over the phone and update your application.

Anybody with any ideas...???

You will receive an RFE along with your documents for you to update the error and then return back to them. They will not make changes over the phone. Once you have answered the RFE then it will take about another 2-3 weeks for your approval/NOA2 if all goes well.

I'm in a similar situation, missed a tick box. Being optimistic they may be able to work things out from the other evidence provided...

But realistically anticipating a RFE.

On the plus side, it should still be faster than 5 months... or we may get lucky and get approved.

Stay positive friend! Who knows, maybe you won't get the RFE and you can always answer it in the interview if you're asked about it.

Has anyone with a NOA2 as of 23 February 2016 heard from NVC saying you package has been received yet. When I call I they only say it takes up to 35 days to receive the package. I just want to see If anyone else has heard any different. Thanks

Has anyone with a NOA2 as of 23 February 2016 heard from NVC saying you package has been received yet. When I call I they only say it takes up to 35 days to receive the package. I just want to see If anyone else has heard any different. Thanks

Sorry!! I was on 26th Feb but not heard or received any info.. I will surely update if any progress.

It is their standard phone response. Just call every day until you get your number. I was able to get my number after 10 business days, NOA2 of 16 Feb.

Congrats!!!! And thank you for updating your timeline--I don't think the site has changed the approval date yet but it's good to know that yours came and your NOA1 was on the 21st...mine was on the 25th so hopefully that means NOA2 will be coming soon!!!! :clock:

Oh man, stay positive!

Try and go through your copy of the packet again more closely and see if you can maybe think of something they'd be asking for or questioning.
