My timeline's estimate is coming up this weekend, Mar 5-8th... and of course I would LOVE it if I had an approval notification come in but, if I don't, I'm cool with it. I'm pretty busy with my regular work and on top of that I'm busy preparing taxes for my clients. So, this week and next, I decided to work on my own personal tax return to have it filed & ready just in case they want a copy of it at the interview being it would probably be after the April tax filing deadline.

I know what you mean! I feel like once that approval comes in it's like a more smoother ride into the interview. I've read they pretty much have a decision made by the time of the interview and most often than not the interview is more of a formality and "last chance" to catch anything type of thing.

Hopefully you'll be approved soon! I'm still waiting on mine, got my NOA1 Jan 4. But that doesn't mean you won't get yours soon :) The order seems to be a bit unpredictable. I was kinda hoping they'd pick up my petition after I brought it to their attention by calling and fixing the error on it... But not yet. Oh well!

For those who are still waiting. Just want to see if anyone went to the USCIS site and set up their account for notifications? It worked really well because I got text and emails a good 5 days before I received my hard copy. Just a suggestion, I know waiting is the worse.

For those who are still waiting. Just want to see if anyone went to the USCIS site and set up their account for notifications? It worked really well because I got text and emails a good 5 days before I received my hard copy. Just a suggestion, I know waiting is the worse.

We have things set up on the USCIS site and ours still shows received.

The received date on the site shows 1/12 and the hardcopy NOA1 stamped date is 1/14

Please remember to update your timelines so we can see accurate numbers. I've been watching the case complete- processing times spreadsheet and Jan numbers have not moved for 2 weeks.

Congrats to all those approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They seem to be hammering out the approvals last week and hopefully this week. No more holiday's and Cali hasn't really had bad weather to close down like the east coasters. ;-)

I put in a query at the start of my application due to it being my 2nd so I pray that didn't cause them to put it at the bottom of the pile. You know just to "stick it to me and make me wait even longer".

2nd go round

1st K-1 Denied

Subitted Feb 2-6-15

NOA1 - 2-18-15

NOA2 - 8-18-15

Interview 11-25-15 - Denied

And Here we go again -
