Welcome Jan filers. We still collating documents. Please what envelop did u use in mailing the petition? And how did u arrange the papers? Urgent advice needed please. Thank you.

There is no need to front load your petition. Use paper clips and or black binder clips.

http://www.uscis.gov/forms/forms-and-fees/general-tips-assembling-applications-mailing

Create a cover letter use this example: http://dennyeyberg.wix.com/filipino-am-visa#!i-129f-letter/cqq1

Put you papers in the same order as your cover letter.

The envelope make no difference. Just be sure it is strong enough to hold your documents safely.

Don't use binders or plastic sleeves as this slows down the processing of your petition.

Good luck.

Did you put your name and address on each of any copies you made of vaires things? No need to.

For instance:

Our 'how we met' answer is multiple pages long, do I need to put my name/address on each of the pages? Any blank pages you should add at the top: 120-F Supplement, Part B., Question 18, explanation of meeting in person Or something similar. You don't want the supplemental pages getting lost or not understood the value they represent to the package as a whole. BTW, if you have met on a "dating site" be sure to include the TOS, terms of service, or you may get and RFE which will delay your filing.

Should I include my name/address on the copy of my birth certificate? No need to.

Etc.

Here is the official request from USCIS for submitting your packet.

• Do not use binders or folders that cannot be easily disassembled. I would avoid this if at all possible. Paper clip and binder clips are going to make the process so much easier for the person who has to adjudicate your case.
• Use ACCO fasteners to hold together thick or bulky applications or petitions. Two-hole punching the top of the material for easy placement in the file is appreciated.
• The use of tabs assist in locating items listed as attachments. The tabs should be placed on the bottom and not the side for ease in filing.
• Avoid using heavy-duty staples; instead use ACCO fasteners or heavy clips.

Thanks for the tips. Beneficiary is from a high risk country, hence, front loading is very necessary, we will rather wait for extra days needed to review our case than having to send an empty petition that will lead to a more strict interview. Thanks alot

I'd like to learn from you about your concerns for the front loading of your petition. Some front load with lot's of unnecessary papers for instance; There was someone here on VJ that was going to send 1,000 pages of chat logs. Is this the kind of front loading your speaking of or is your more centered around the need to submit additional evidence of your relationship but spread out over different examples?

I am just not with it in understanding why some choose to front load their petition. I really like to know your thoughts. This is a serious enquiry with intentions to know what your thought process is on this subject. Maybe what you answer will persuade me to change my outlook on what front loading means to other countries and what they may be facing that I don't see. I have learned that what works for one Embassy may not work for another.

Thanks.

As for the front loading, in high risk countries, its very necessary to front load, cos they solely depend on what has been put together by the petitioner, so the interview is more like a chat to prove that what has been submitted is real and not fake. In some countries Attimes the consulars dont even give opportunity to provide more evidence during interview hence they might be skeptical about the validity of the relationship. As for the tons and tons of evidence, it is always advisable to send in evidence from a reasonable period, so say one of your proof of ongoing relationship is whatsapp messages and u chat every single day. At the end of the day, you have about 10 pages of whatsapp messages a day, and u decide to use just one of the pages to represent u actually spoke on that day or lets say 2 pages for some days u spoke about important things u think the consular officer would be interested in,so now imagine you want to capture a period of 6months, thats about 180 days, hence 180 pages, approximately 200 pages of just whatsapp messages alone. So now think of other means of communication, tango, viber calls, pictures, money gram /western union receipt. And yes, u need more then enough of this in high risk countries to proof there is an on going relarinship because many people do this process just for immigration purpose and not for marriage, so we have to be careful. Check out embassy reviews from Nigeria to get more ideas of what i am talking about. Hope u clear about front loading and advantages?

Checked this morning and seems it's still available for pick up, some people said to me it might be picked up on a Saturday but I am thinking it'll be Monday now, at least I know it is there :) I just flew back yesterday and am waiting for my last connection back to the UK so seeing some sort of received this week would be comforting.
