Yeah I'm back in Sweden now, I was over in the USA for Christmas and New Year and we put together our visa application together while I was there. I've spent the last few weeks getting all the documents that I need for the interview and I'm fortunate that one of the approved medical offices for the visa is here in Gothenburg, so I'll be going there in the next week or two to get all of my vaccinations done before my medical exam.

I do speak passable Swedish at work, but as I'm sure that you know how great you Swedes are at speaking English! Much better than my Swedish is haha.

I have a list of the vaccinations needed by the embassy, and I have my records from the UK. But I'll be going to their office tomorrow and will talk to them to see if I need some of them, or all of them.

The Swedish police record is the only document I don't have yet, but I have my UK one. Although i'm fairly sure I read that documents can be in either Swedish or English, but I'm not 100% sure of that yet.

I'm thinking of calling USCIS today to check on my case, since the VJ predicted time has passed by a couple days. I don't expect anything to happen or be pushed along, but I feel like I should check in... Does anyone have the number?

VJ is only a guideline. They will tell you that the processing time is 5 months and not to call back until after that time has passed. From what I have seen they are working on the 4th January still. I saw one approval posted here from the 17th. You might hear something next week are you using the app?

Edit to add: A lot of people aren't updating their timelines and this is part of the issue.
