I initially wanted to move in the beginning of July but I don't think it will be possible as I think it is going to be "too last minute" and I don't want to rush my move. That's why I plan to do it in August. Who knows maybe it will happen in July We'll see!

Maybe I'm to optimistic but I'm hoping for May. I can leave as soon as I get my visa

We have all kinds of scenarios worked out.

When we are hoping for if we don't get an RFE, if we do get an RFE, if she needs to do the sputum test, if she doesn't need the sputum test.

I'm going there for her interview and also to say goodbye to everyone with her.

Soooo, our first aim is to be flexable and not get our hopes up to high for any particular month.

We'll have time built in on both ends so nothing gets too rushed, suprising ... or disappointing

We were originally hoping to get him here in August, but we filed way at the end of January, so I have a feeling it'll be more like early September. I guess we'll see! I'm also a little nervous that we'll get an RFE because we met on OkCupid and apparently sometimes that's a problem.

Does anyone know how long AOS takes? I know he's not supposed to leave the country until it goes through, but we bought tickets to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in London in March 2017 and I REALLY want that to work out

You should be able to get advance parole before March 2017.

Another person has added their details in as a January filer on this site and has an approval. There are now 3 people approved from January 4th. I also found quite a few approved petitions from 5th Jan this morning when browsing the app.

The ones that are entered in on this website if you go to Immigration Timelines at the top and then click on Ignor's list. Then if you set it to K-1 California service center, detailed and approved petitions only. I scroll to the bottom of the list. 5 January petitions are in there. As for the APP it's the USCIS case status app which I downloaded from google play. I just randomly type in numbers and look for I-129f petitions.

Right now I'm stressing over the NOA2. That's all I ever think about.

A lot of people are, but it's good to look at other peoples timelines. A lot of people I have seen have waited 49, 50 days until their NOA2. I'm on day 35. Originally it said to expect something around next week (day 42) but I am honestly expecting something in the first week of march realistically.

That is true and I have been looking at others from Sweden and it says that it will take about 45 days. And in my case that is by the end of this week. So I'm hoping and praying.

I think at latest if it goes by how it has been, this week or certainly by the end of next week. There was a public holiday on monday so they will be behind a little bit.

I hope so Yes my case was moved one day. So now it says Feb 20th instead of Feb 19th. But as long as it's only one day then that is ok for me
