no, just fill I-134

They are both Affidavits, I just pointed where to find Poverty Guidelines amount.

Last time (prev.K1) we barely met minimum and we were asked additional $10k bank statement on K-1 Interview at the Moscow Embassy... But it was two years ago...

Gotcha. So do I just need to have the $19,912 if it's just me and my fiance that I'm sponsoring? Or do I need to have 5x that? Some things say I need to have 5x that because the form works for 5 years. Is this true?

You need only meet or surpass the poverty level amount assigned to your family size. There is no 5 times. Don't know where that came from but it is totally false.

Thanks! This info from VJ confused me:

"When assets are used, the assets must equal 5 times the difference between the annual income and the

needed 125% of the poverty level, this is because the affidavit is in effect for 5 years. For instance, if you

needed $15,500 income and had an annual income of $13,500, you would need an extra $2,000 of assets for 5

years, or a total of $10,000 in assets in addition to your income. In general, if you are deficient on yearly income

for sponsorship and your assets are somewhat borderline, do not take chances--have a co-sponsor. If you do not

have a job or a steady income from other sources (such as retirement income), you will likely have to get a

co-sponsor for your spouse, even if your assets are adequate. The USCIS looks VERY CLOSELY at current income

and not just the assets."

My expected NOA2 according to the timeline is between March 3rd and March 5th. Should I get my fiance to start collecting documents and send me a copy of the I129f package to me or I should wait till I get my NOA2. Documents includes I134, W2, Tax returns, bank statements, letter of employment..Did I miss out anything?

What I meant was that it was totally false as the requirement is not BOTH income and assets. Only that is true if you fail to meet the income. If you meet or succeed the income level for your family size then there is not need for assets to be considered. If you fail the income test then yes you'll need the assets to assist in meeting the income requirements. It is very hard to pass using assets so I wouldn't go there if you don't need to.

 YW. Post a question when you have one and see if there is a response. You can find similar people like yourself who are processing through Malaysia and they maybe able to help. Especially those who are a few months ahead.

Under your profile on the left side of this page is a way to track your timeline. Select "timeline" and then next to your profile picture is "follow similar timelines" link. Select it and it will populate a page with others who are processing. I don't have any idea how many will show but give it a try. Select any one of them. On the right hand side of their profile you will see "send me a message" and then compose your question to send as a private message asking for help. I'm sure someone there will help you along with your questions.

Yes that is an option. Are you the petioner or the beneficiary? The Embassy is only concerned with the income of the petioner. If you are between jobs and you have in the past have had a very good income then you may not need the sponsor. Since I don't have all your information so I can't say with any certainty what the best course of action you should take. PM me and we can talk privately about your circumstances.

I initially wanted to move in the beginning of July but I don't think it will be possible as I think it is going to be "too last minute" and I don't want to rush my move. That's why I plan to do it in August. Who knows maybe it will happen in July :) We'll see!
