It amazes me to how different each Embassy is in their processing. We processed through the Philippine's Embassy and for there, you do just about everything online and then also some steps in person. You do all the scheduling and completing. Once you have completed the pre-interview stuff, then you show up at the date and time that you yourself had scheduled. Done.

The system there is so easy, but many make it difficult. About 6 months ago I took all my knowledge from reading the forum and my actual process and designed a website to help others. If they follow each step of the way, they will pass. Many have used it and have had no problems passing. Now many are using it for the AOS. They will return and process their ROC and Naturalization. Of course once your in the US then you can began using my website as you return to a process that everyone has to use to attain their AOS, ROC and Nat. Link is below at the twisting arrow. My fiance and I will do that bit together so I'll start reading up when I move. I'll be preparing AOS papers before the wedding as we are looking at (hopefully) marrying the beginning of October (I'll be moving hopefully mid July). So I'll have 3 months to read on AOS. For now I am making sure I am aware of everything to do with and preparing for my interview and medical. It's great you have the website to help. The app you recommended is also very helpful!

Thank you people so far so good no we did not meet on dating website we met through mutual friends and thank you for informing that education has nothing to do with this k1 visa case. I am a business man here in india and she is a teacher in usa, so mostly our papers are accurate as per their guidelines and in our case it's more like love arranged as both are families are happy with our decisions and participating equally in everything.I also read an advise here on this thread about medical and upon investigating further I can only do that once the mumbai india counslet sends me lists of test and recommended doctor by them so I guess I will have to wait it out.

I feel from Mumbai india I am the only person for Jan 2016 applicant for k1 visa and rest are from various parts of the world.

I have also asked my partner to try and come to india during our interview time and stay with me for 2 months during her school holidays hope this could also be considered ..

Coz for them it's just the case and for us there is lots at stake and cannot afford to be separated any further then what we already are going through.

I have hired a lawyer today to take ahead my case from here till the end as I can't keep worring about what's going to happen it's really bad feeling and no 1 suld go through this few more dollars gone but atlist I can focus on my business and life I hope I did correct. I am constantly going to update as I feel you guys were fantastic. And I hope we get happiness at the end of this emotional rollacoster of process wait.

Do I need a letter from employer or bank? Can I just include my last 3 years tax returns and pay stubs or do they need a letter from employer?

W2 and pay stubs is fine, you don't need a letter from work. For us my fiance just got a promotion half way though the year so he'd have a weak W2. He needs a letter from work and paystubs instead.

Thank you for the fast reply. I do have my W-2's and paystubs for the last 2 years plus my tax returns. I just need to send copies of all of this when I send in my I-134?

Yes you send that to your fiance and then they take it to the interview at the embassy.

The Philippines requires the following:

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT. You should be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge

They only require information for tax year 2014. Just follow the instructions and you should not have any problems.

Each Embassy is different for their requirements and therefor I have three suggestions. I saw 2 people from January 4th on this forum who were approved, you can see it in the Ingors list. So far 4 people were approved from January.
