We just received the hardcopy of NOA1. Looks like I put the wrong notice date here on my VJ timeline, so I've adjusted it accordingly.

Yes there are advantages as you can follow all your cases through myUSCIS. Also, get the phone app and you will get notification once their website is updated. It's via a third party and it's a very nice app and accurate.

I was a January filer! I want to be in on this thread : ) Our NOA1 date was 1/29. Now it's just a waiting game, I guess? There's nothing else to be done right now, right? (Other than preparing stuff for the Affidavit of Support, which I'm already doing.)

Yes pretty much waiting for the early Jan filers to start getting approved. I know we have a few who got their NOA1 at the start of Jan.

I have: Made sure all my shots are up to date.

Applied for my police check.

Started trying to get hold of a medical report from my doctor for the medical.

Told my fiance that he'll need to bring some pay stubs and a few bank statements with him for the affidavit when he visits next month.

About the shots could the doctor at the medical interview give me the shots if he realizes i don't have them already if needed? What are the shots needed exactly (where can I find them?)

For the affidavit, the I-134, when I downloaded the form for my fiance it says the form will expire of Feb 29, 2016. That expiration date is referring to the version of the form right? I don't mind waiting for the new version since I don't think we'll get our NOA2 until mid march. But what about the others, will the I-134 be invalid during their interview if their interview date is March and their fiance sends them the current version? Sorry if my question is confusing.
