Just received my I-797C (NOA1), with a notice date January 25, 2016.

According to my timeline, I should expect my NOA2 around March 8. When I look at processing timelines and project forward, it’s possible we will have our interview by the end of May.

We finally got our NOA1 dated 1/28/16. According to my timeline I should check for NOA2 around March 9.

It does sort of sound like they're moving the process along quickly. Those of us who filed in the first week of January should probably be expecting the NOA2 rather soon.

My NOA1 was 14th and it says between 24th and 26th so I'd imagine someone with an NOA1 of the 1st would be around the 10th. Lets hope we get some good news for our group soon

Yes that's what I'm thinking too. Hopefully we start seeing some updates by next week

I've been keeping track of the approvals and my NOA2 date-

as applications get approved - depending on the date they received their NOA1 - that affect our NOA2 dates that are estimated at the bottom of our timelines.

When I first filed and entered my timeline my NOA2 date was Feb 22rd to Feb 26th. Now my NOA2 date is Feb 29 to Mar 3rd..

either way - we are ALL almost there. It seems even if we get an RFE (which I know I am already going to get, due to new information I found out Monday).. the are turning those around pretty quick. I'd say anyone who has a NOA1 of Jan 1-15th will get a NOA2 no later than March 15th. That is if, they continue with their pace.

My NOA1 was at Jan 6. At first my timeline said I will get my NOA2 between feb 12 and 17. Now its saying between 17 and 23. It will be fine

I don't know how long it will take in other countrys but almost everyone from germany was waiting another month after noa2 to get the pack3.

That's pretty normal. It takes 2 weeks after approval from USCIS for NVC to receive and issue a case number. Then another 1-2 weeks to get to Germany. Getting you P3 that soon is moving pretty fast.

Good luck to everyone, we're almost there! Things will go by fast While we're waiting, let's get to know each other and what brought us here. I'll start first! LOL

I'm Sky, the petitioner, and my fiancé's name is Elvis, he's from Venezuela. We met online May 12, 2015, became an official couple July 31, even though we were acting like one way before that! We finally met face to face in Panama December 22, 2015. We had decided we would go through with the immigration process before we met face to face, but when we did meet, I was 200% sure I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him, and so was he. I knew he was the person I wanted to marry shortly after we met online, but he didn't know just yet. He couldn't resist my web of love The thing that Iadmire about him the most, amongst his many great characteristics, is he's very strong-willed! He knows what he wants, and goes after it, he doesn't let anyone stop him. He's also stubborn....like me ​

So, in short, the reason why I'm here is because there is good network of people who have been through the same process that I, we, are going through now, and it's nice to be able to talk to other people that understand what you're going through without judgment.

Slight panic here.

I am still waiting for the NOA2 and realized the embassy here does not handle K1 cases so I need to transfer it to my fiance's native country of Finland. I called the NVC and the woman on the phone said she won't be able to change the location and that I will have to wait until it gets sent to Naples, Italy (the closest consulate handling K1s) and then have Finland request it.

But everywhere I've looked I've seen people specifically changing the location BEFORE this point in order to avoid a long delay. Is there not actually a way to do this?

After your NOA1 you will wait maybe 5/6 weeks till NOA2 and if you get approved they will sent it automaticly to the embassy of your beneficiary country.
