I'm a naturalized citizen, but I'm referring to my finances children. We have a child together and he has kids from a previous relationship. What do you do if there aren't enough to pages? Do you add an additional page and re-number it or do you type it up on a blank sheet of paper?

Best to take an additional sheet of paper and list all the information requested, for a child from the form, and transpose for the remainder of the children who won't fit on the original form. Be sure to add at the top of the addendum page the information such as: Last name, First Name and Middle Initial followed by I-129F Supplement, Part 2., Additional Children of Alien Fiancé(e).

Then begin the numbering where you left off

Child 4 of Alien Fiancé(e)

Then list the next child.

I have a quick question here, are we supposed to receive any progress updates between NOA1 and NOA2? I got the hardcopy of NOA1 issued on Jan 14th, 2016 by California Service Center. However the USCIS Online Status Inquiry still shows 'Case Was Received', does it mean they haven't started the case review?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

No updates till the issuance of an RFE or the approval which would constitute receiving the NOA2.

If we attached the G-1145 and received a text/email for the NOA1 and then later the hardcopy... it's almost safe to assume we would be receiving that NOA2 notice also via a text/email before we receive the hardcopy in the mail?

Sometimes yes and sometimes no. Hey this is the government .... remember <_<

I'm starting to think that the email we were sent advising application was being sent to CSC, and also advising tracking number would be in hard copy, was actually NOA1 and not the response to the G-1145 form requesting confirmation of receipt.

Delivered 19th, Check cashed 22nd, NOA1(?) email 22nd.

Does this seem correct?

Trying to work out if I'm still expecting another email for NOA1, or if I'm now just waiting NOA1 hard copy, and NOA2.

Thanks

Yes that was or is your NOA1 - you will wait for the hard copy and then your next status update will either be the NOA2 or an RFE if you missed anything.

I usually bring back 3 bottles of rum (750ml each) from the islands. As long as it's not combustible they won't confiscate it. So make sure it's the legal "proof". If you go over your limit they just tax you.

Hey there. I have a question, I will visit my partner in two weeks and i thought about to buy him a bottle of whiskey and 1 cigar for valentines day. Can I bring this to the USA?

If its not allowed, what would happen? They just keep it? Or do I have to pay??

I don't know what country you are talking about - it shows you are apply for Germany?

Either way you are allowed from CUBA (as I know and have done myself)

3 bottles of RUM and 5 cigars. Nothing more or they will take them from you. They will not tax you they will take them since it is against the law in the US.
