another question: on the i-134 should I put my US address or the one I currently live at in Poland? it's asking for my residential address, but that'll be changing in the next two months so I'm not sure if I should use my more stable US address...

I-134 and gave her copies of the tax return and W2.

Is it absolutely necessary to attach the W2's or will the for 1040 of the tax returns suffice?

My Medical is booked for next Wednesday. They only had 2 appointments for next week when I called, they were fully booked for this week.

My Medical is booked for next Wednesday. They only had 2 appointments for next week when I called, they were fully booked for this week.

You're lucky, appointments here are booked until early June.

Mine has done that too, all it means is that someone has touched you file at the embassy :) Hopefully it was to make it ready for sending out the package :)

That's crazy... our interviews are booked out until the end of June, I'm waiting to be able to book it as otherwise we will be moving much later than our anticipated date. I had hoped that we might be able to move on the 13th of July, but worst case I think it'll be the 20th. It depends on lots of different things. But I'm very happy my medical is booked.

Yeah, we were planning on leaving mid July too but it might not work out that way... Medical during the first week of June means the interview will have to be toward the end of June, assuming appointments are available then... Hopefully that works, but knowing our luck it'll be delayed.
