Hello, I have a question. If the beneficiary's G325a was signed and dated 12/28/2015 how long do I have to mail my entire packet before it's considered invalid? Is there a timeframe from he signature date??

I don't believe there is a set timeframe specified, however, as a general rule of thumb (in my opinion) you should try to stay within approx. 30 days of the date it was signed.

Yes it was received and accepted last week Will probably approved in the beginning of March.

Also, what if you need additional pages for dependent children to be listed?

Thanks again! I'm glad to hear you'really making progress. I wasn't sure if I needed to have he G325a resigned bec of the 12/28/15 signature date because I'm behind on my packet. I wanted to have it submitted by 1/28/16, but it might be a little later. Just didn't want to go thru requesting it from him through the mail and having it take so long.

I am a little confused. You say in your profile that you are "naturalized citizen" but you are asking immigrant visa questions. Are you working on son/daughter K-2's?

I have a quick question here, are we supposed to receive any progress updates between NOA1 and NOA2? I got the hardcopy of NOA1 issued on Jan 14th, 2016 by California Service Center. However the USCIS Online Status Inquiry still shows 'Case Was Received', does it mean they haven't started the case review?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

No you won't get any more updates unless you get a RFE. Other than that we wait till the NOA2 comes. Once the NOA2 comes it goes really fast from there.

Well depending on where you are located I guess and then again those being processed in Cali will go fast from the start. vs Texas where it's a waiting game that seems like forever.

Type up the same information being asked on the application on a separate page. Add a header line to the top of the page that reads something similar to the one suggested in the VJ guides where it says "See attached supplement".

You'll want to put for ex something like this: XlastnameX, XfirstnameX | I-129F Supplement, Part X., Section X, Additional Children

If we attached the G-1145 and received a text/email for the NOA1 and then later the hardcopy... it's almost safe to assume we would be receiving that NOA2 notice also via a text/email before we receive the hardcopy in the mail?

Hopefully yes- I didn't get a text from my previous application once it was approved but I did get an email once it was approved - it stated that it was approved and I will get the notice in the mail of what to do next (it doesn't tell you what to do next). Then a few days later they will send you another email/ text letting you know it has been sent to NVC. ( again I didn't get the text only email).

I did sign up for the tracker app someone listed in the previous comments but since we are in the CSC branch - I'm not worried. If I could wait 7 months for an approval on my previous one I can wait 40 days.
