You know they go to the couples where they think there may be some drama or controversy. smh. No drama here. Least not in our relationship and family is pretty okay with it all. Now more tahn before cuz they have to be lol.

True... when they contacted me I didn't have any picture of ourselves. It was a plain flag picture that was it. But yeah, they do tend to look for "drama" or where they can poke a (drama) hole hahaha

I think the whole same-sex couple was a +1 point since my cousin later told me they haven't had a same-sex couple on the show before... but we weren't "drama" enough for them hahaha

Right. Theyre probably just hoping for it lol and if you dont meet that its a no go. Ours was probably the racial card lol. I have only seen one full season but clips of others. You gotta have the old and young senerio, black and white, same sex, good boy bad girl, etc lol

so I called to the NVC to see if they had my case ( on day 28) petition approved on 03/31 and I was told it takes 35 days to receive, up to 42 days to input and after that up to 28 days for them to send the welcome package ....for some reason I think this is wrong but you never know....... does anyone know if this is this right?

Yea we watched a season and thought wouldnt that be weird if they contacted us. But we both agreed we would never do that cuz there already is too much strain and its reality tv so you know they create drama. Seriously was like is this a joke? They responded back said no and gave me details. Funny story to tell people though lol

That's funny. When I was telling my family about bringing my Fiance to the USA, my mom said "I know all about what you are talking about because I watch 90 day fiance"

I wouldn't do the show, but they might be interested in us because nobody in my family speaks Spanish (except me), and my Fiance speaks only Spanish - no English. I'm sure the tv producers would set up some kind of misunderstanding/drama based on the language barriers.

Quick quest everybody just because I'm second guessing myself here... on the DS-160 there's a question that asks "Do you have any immediate relatives, not including parents in the U.S.?" And off the right it says a note that this includes Fiancé/Fiancée and it's in fact included in the drop-drown.

The sample DS-160 Form here on VJ has that entry as a NO... but the instructions clearly indicate we would check off "Yes" and select Fiancé/Fiancée in our case being a K-1. Did everyone select that too or followed the sample and put No?

Ahhh my fiance and I didn't even see that!! I think he put no!! I looked at the sample DS-160 on here as well, and I didn't see that section.

The DS-160, I selected no, as my fiance isn't in the states currently.
