It's not about not wanting your help. I'd already responded the first time you'd given me this standard response (when I first started posting on the board) stating that I'd done these things and thanking you for the information. I've also referenced the fact that I'm fully prepared for the interview and simply waiting on Packet 3 multiple times throughout the thread. That's how you'd have known.

Now, I understand that there are a lot of people posting on this board and that you're not going to remember everyone, but you say in your response that this board is about bonding. You randomly swooping in and giving people a hard time is getting old. I get that it's annoying people don't research things first, and you say you're simply trying to help, but your delivery could use some serious work.

You do come off as aggressive and sometimes rude. You don't know everything and you don't knew what people have done in their research so don't act like you know it all and belittle the rest of us. We're all here to help each other not stress each other out more.

I agree. and greenbaum, you said the wait time is 10-15 business days and you told me not to tie up the line. But I called on the 11th business day for me, so I don't see the issue here

Thanks Shiny1713! Based on similar timelines and the DHL tracking, it takes 3-4 business days to be delivered to the Embassy. I plan to email the Embassy next week after I see that it is delivered and request the Packet 3. I hope that you get the current up-to-date Packet 3 from your Embassy. I was reading in this forum about the things that are going on with the changes that occurred with the Embassies in Canada. Hopefully everything smoothes out and everyone can see progress and get with their loved ones soon. Take care and best of luck!

Day 21 today from NOA2 approval date and still no signs of my case being received at NVC

my case was approved on 03/31 I called the NVC this week and they still don't have the case...I want to call today but I was told not to call till 35 days from the date of that notice ....im dying to call tight now!!!!

can I keep calling or its not recommended till 35 days from the date of that letter?

They didn't tell you not to call it's just their standard response that it can take up to 35 days blah blah... Just call again later...

My fiance received the NOA2 hard copy yesterday. Under strict instructions to put it in our folder and not to lose it lol. He lost the NOA1

Monday marks a week for us, so I'm going to start calling NVC next friday. I don't expect anything for a few weeks yet but that will be our almost 2 week mark so I don't see any harm in trying.
