Needs a wet signature I believe.

You should bring one, I believe you only need to bring one for certain if your petition is past its 'expiry' date on the bottom of the NOA2. But, it looks good regardless.

You are welcome :) When was your NOA2?

It was just April 5 so I know I have to wait a few weeks still, but my fiance is getting anxious. :P I figure it doesn't hurt to call.

Yeah probably to early but you never know maybe :)

They answered immediately but the woman sounded like I woke her up by calling, haha. I'll call again next week and check in. But I don't expect much until the week after that

Just got the email 40 mins ago that they approved my visa petition yesterday. So now the wait for NVC starts. I'm really happy as I was worried it might take longer. But I'm hoping to get my medical booked for mid may once I get the number :)

Hi everyone. For the interview, i need to bring an updated letter of intent to marry, right?

Can it be a scanned letter?

Our first letter for intent to marry was scanned. Not sure about the second. The steps say to do another one. Have you already received your packet from the fiance? With the copy of the i-129? They could send with that. I am doing that now.

Is this mandatory? Or suggested? Our packet didn't ask for anything like this... But our narratives both stated our story and that we intended to get married....

This is what I saw on this website for stuff to send down there. There's more info but just copied a little bit

What to send to your fiance once the I-129F is approved (Receive NOA2):

1. A copy of the entire I-129f package (that you made when you sent the petition in) and a copy of information that you sent back due to an RFE (if you received one). Your fiance should review this information in advance of the interview (the embassy will have copies of this as well). 2. Send copies of the documentary proof that you submitted with the I-129F for your fiance to have on hand for their interview at the embassy. Your fiance should review this information in advance of the interview (the embassy will have copies of this as well). 3. Send an original letter affirming your desire to marry your fiance and your continued support of the K-1 Visa. Sign and date the form. This will be similar to the letter you provided with the I-129F, but dated much closer to the interview (it will have most likely been several months since you submitted your I-129F).

Yes. He mailed everything to me but forgot to sign the letter lol.

This website says that I don't need to bring a new letter of intent to the interview.
