They've only been open for a couple of hours.. You should call in 8 or 9 hours after they've had time to process stuff.

I'll be sleeping by then haha that's why I call now it's afternoon here (also tried early their time yesterday) ...

Did you use that trick they posted a while back about how to confirm your case was delivered? Maybe you can check and see?

I did, and it showed a case being sent to Montreal that day, but NVC insists they sent ours to Vancouver. I just heard back from Vancouver and they said they haven't received it yet, but will send the Packet 3 when they do so I guess they're still processing K1s. Fingers crossed it shows up soon. :)

This is true. Hopefully you find out soon. And I found out what the packets were when I went to the embassy page for his country :)

I already heard back from Vancouver and they haven't received it yet, but it sounds like they're still processing them so if that's where it was sent there shouldn't be any further delay once it arrives. Hopefully we'll hear something in the next few days.
