So my application arrived in Stockholm on Monday (4th) and on Tuesday it's status changed to "Ready". I've not received my packet 3 yet, but does anyone know if it's ok for me to schedule my interview right now before I recieve packet 3? I asked in the embassy thread for Stockholm but didn't really get a clear answer.

I think the fastest way is email directly to consulate and ask for packet three instructions.

I sent my 129F off on the 21st of January got my Noa1 date is January 28th. I see all these people that have already been approved on my date and into February and before my date. It is now 73 day and still no approval or NOA 2 as of yet. Is any one else having this problem or am I just an unlucky person. Why would so many people after me already be approved and I have not even been look at. This is really getting ne depressed and anxiety ridden.

According to Igor's list for unapproved petitions, there are 54 cases with NOA1s in January that have not received a RFE and haven't received their NOA2 Approval. I have been noticing that each week there are a few January approvals mixed in with the February approvals. This waiting period is tough, but hang in there and keep your connection to the forums. It helps me. Best of luck. Take care.

Hi Jhsr, My NOA1 is Jan 27.. no RFE & NOA2 yet too... I wonder what happened? maybe they dumped the files somewhere :) don't understand

@RDK where can i get the Igor's list for unapproved petitions.. any link???

So I gather from what you have said they just need a little more patience in waiting for the email as it maybe to early in the process for Sweden, to expect their P3?

We received and replied to our Packet 3 today.

It took 1 week from the day it arrived at the embassy.

They told us on the phone that they are all full for May interviews and are starting to schedule in June.

Hey Jhsr, you're not alone, so many people here with January filing and are still waiting. Infact, I got my NOA1 on Jan 14th and didn't hear a word until April 6th- a txt stating we have been Approved. No RFE and or anything but it's all case by case basis and you can't compare your case with anybody else's. Just relax and put mind some where else and don't stress yourselves. Delay does not mean anything good or bad- but just a normal process. But, Trust me....I know waiting from Jan 14th to April without a word was not easy but there's nothing you and I can do about it.

I'm the week before that and NVC still hasn't received my case as of 11am EST today. I don't know if I'm the odd ball or they're just very backed up. It used to take only 7 days from NOA2 date for NVC to receive a case but it's been 24 days for me.

But good luck and hopefully we all will hear good news soon.

Oh man... does it have anything to do with your case being processed thru Montreal? I know I saw something posted earlier about the whole switch over between Toronto and Montreal or something like that?
