Were your papers in Nebraska? They seem to be about 5 months behind. It's crazy. It sounds like you sent yours in about the same as us. BUT how come it shows that they are working on October cases? Don't they take them in order? They were working on August when we sent ours in. Now October, so they don't appear to be catching up. Do they take them in the order they get there? So you just got yours out of the blue? I'll bet you weren't expecting that!!

They are probably fighting over who has to do ours since it is about 5 inches thick...lol. We have been together 5 years, have 6 trips, so it's huge. And being from Pakistan, they probably don't want to touch it...

Yes it was in nebraska. Got my Noa 1 1/26/16 and approval on 2/29/16. I was expecting they wil approve it around may or june. I don't know if the country of your beneficiary is has something to do with the approval but it seems like they're approving fast from those who are from philippines ( Based on the time timelines i've read).

Petitions for beneficiaries in the Philippines are often processed faster.

I actually think Nebraska are speeding up. Currently the oldest file they are working on is an October file but many November files have been approved already. Nebraska has approved more November files than California recently.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Oh really? How do you know that? I thought they were only up to that date...Oct. whatever. That means they could move lots faster than we know. That is good news.

Set it to Nebraska and sort by NOA2 dare (most recent first) and the first page is almost all November filers.
