i received email on 26/Feb/2016 that my current case statues is (Post decision Activity); and in USCIS check my status the status is (Document Was mailed); i dont know what does that mean; i called USCIS and they told me to wait till i recieve the Mail (Hard Copy);

File number? Now that you've received NOA1, you're waiting for NOA2 which is the approval of your petition. I don't know what file number you would be waiting for at this point.
