I am getting scared that something is wrong. I sent our petition in on Jan 20th 2016 and it was sent to the Nebraska Service Center. It has been exactly 5 months now. No RFE's, nothing. I just noticed that some people who sent their petitions in AFTER me have already received NAO2. I thought it was first come first serve, unless of course there is a problem. Any help or advice?
The only thing I can think of is that we checked the box for if the beneficiary had ever been through immigration proceedings. He came over on a tourist visa Dec 2012 to be here for the birth of our child, and the did not let him in. He willingly left, no ban, no penalties, and met his daughter when she was 3 months old.

Met: Jan 2012
Had our daughter: Dec 2012
Married: April 2013
Petition mailed: Jan 20th 2016
NAO1 : Jan 27th 2016 sent to Nebraska Service Center

NAO2: ????????

Nebraska has really slowed down.

We are February 8 and nothing yet. There are a lot of January filers still waiting. They are definitely not processing them in order, sadly. It's terrible.

We will get there!

Submit a case inquiry on the uscis case study page.

Its only been 2 days over the 5 month processing time technically, so I doubt they will even look at my request. I've just noticed people that sent in their stuff after me have already heard back. I just need to be more patient.

Would any one recomed any steps to take Nebraska 1/25/16? And nothing yet.

I double checked, 1/25/16 was the date they received my I-130 too. I am going crazy waiting. It's been 5 months.

Duplicate notice sent is when the person says they haven't received the RFE notice that was sent.

Did you send back the documents by tracked mail? Has the envelope been signed for?

Honestly uscis can be annoying.. We received rfe for both 129fand 130 form. And we only got letter for I 129f and didn't get letter for 130 so I requested a letter for dat. Now how can we send 129fand 130 they tell us both are in Nebraska. On uscis website our i129f shows rfe response received and we working on it and 130form is saying duplicate notice was sent. Dis is absolutely confusing.

Submit a case inquiry on the uscis case study page.

I just tried to submit an inquiry and it said that my case was still in current processing timeframe so it did not let me. Even though its been longer than 5 months.
