[Day 36 ] November 9 - Biometric Appointment

[Day 37 ] November 10 - Status changed to "Request for Initial evidence was mailed"

[Day 41 ] November 14 - Received RFIE notice

[Day 44 ] November 17 - Mailed off Response

[Day 47 ] November 21 - Status Changed to ''Response to USCIS request for evidence was received'

[Day 57 ] December 01 - Status changed to "Request for Initial evidence was mailed"

[Day 61 ] November 05 - Received RFIE notice

[Day 68 ] December 07 - Mailed off Response

I-765

[Day 1 ] October 4 - Status "Case was received"

[Day 1/57] December 01 - Form I-765 will be processed within 90 days of the receipt of the requested evidence :cry:

I think I may be the first of the non-Filipino January filers from NSC? It's about three weeks ahead of the original prediction. :dancing:

Can't wait for the next step, although it's been kind of relaxing not worrying/just waiting for the last few months... NVC stage is so much busier. See you all on the other side!

I think I may be the first of the non-Filipino January filers from NSC? It's about three weeks ahead of the original prediction. :dancing:

Can't wait for the next step, although it's been kind of relaxing not worrying/just waiting for the last few months... NVC stage is so much busier. See you all on the other side!

Approved. USCIS Vermont Service Center Approved my wife on 4/29/16!!! It was received on January 19 2016. Now off to the NVC for some more waiting. Good luck to everyone still waiting. It's worth it !!! Could someone be kind enough to reply with a link to the NVC Filers page for this month and please remember us in prayer. Just a little while longer for us but still feels so far away. God Bless Us All and thanks to everyone for their help and encouragement!!! Speedy Journey

Hi guys I'm new at VJ, I'm been checking the forum for quite some time but I have never post anything, I just wanna say hi! And best wishes to everyone waiting to get together with your love ones!

This is our month!

On 2004 we met! I was 14 and she was 11... After a year...

We become friends... She move out and we always keep writing to each other.

In 2012 we become best friends and we start have feelings to each other...

In 2014 we finally tell what we felt to each other... And on October 07 we became a couple!

On February 8, 2015 she said yes!!!

We got married in June 18, 2015! Our dream come true best friends now for life!

On December 2015 we decide to start the process to move to USA

**** Our I-130 Timeline ****

January 13, 2016 / She move out to Utah ?

January 18, 2016 / We send our I-130 ?

January 26, 2016 / We received NOA1 (Date on NOA1 was January 22, 2016) ?

May 19, 2016 / We received NOA2 (I-130 was finally approved) ?

June 15, 2016 / I travel to Utah to visit her ?

July 12, 2016 / We send AOS and DS-261 Documents ?

August 19, 2016 / We receive a checklist (Wrong marriage and birth certificate) ?

September 13, 2016 / We send checklist documents ?

October 30, 2016 / I return to Nicaragua ?

October 31, 2016 / We saw the third n/a! And we call to confirm ?

November 7, 2016 / We receive email confirmation from the NVC ?

Congratulations!! OMG my priority date is February 2nd, praying for the ones waiting for their NOA2 :) We'll soon see that approval!

Nice work, a lot of people will be happy to see a Jan 20th approved at Nebraska

Here are the next steps (posted earlier today on this chat group)

Nebraska will send your application to the NVC (normally takes 3-4 weeks)

Receive mail from NVC

Pay fees

Fill out ds-260

Send documents

Get vaccines if you need any

Medical

Interview
