Please don't be offended, this question is honestly intended: Does the U.S. Consulate require a Certificate of Celibacy?

The US consulat in Casablanca does require a certificate of celibacy, I dont know much about the procedure in Ankara..

I'll be darned. In Ankara, the U.S. Consulate does not require a certificate of celibacy. Continued good luck!
