We are somehow in the same case, nothing happening with my case dated 19th of January for the NOA date filed on the 13th.

Did a service request and told that its still under review. Have been checking the thread here for some time and so far NOA dates around the receipt date I have been having progress but not with mine. :clock::crying:​

Similar timeline here. AOS/EAD/AP packet received January 14, NOA1 Jan 19, biometrics done March 1.

No RFE, no change on USCIS status check site.

I think I'm going to do the service request.

Same! Reached out to my congressman last week and his aide made an inquiry on my behalf last Friday. I received a letter today (dated 04/04/2016) about my biometrics appointment on the 18th of this month. I really hope things will move quickly now. This situation has been beyond frustrating for me and I don't understand why it took our congressman getting involved for USCIS to do anything about fixing their mistake. I'm planning on filing a service request for EAD/AP a day or two after my biometrics appointment since it will have been over 80 days by then.

You and I have the same NOA date which makes me to believe that our addresses went to blackhole, and no one knows why it was missing in the system. I also had to get our congressman involved to setup biometric letter as the application was not progressing at all. our biometric appointment date is 4/15... sigh....

You can have the rep create a service request.

But an Infopass appointment is something that I feel, makes a slight difference. You really should make an Infopass appointment.

At the Infopass appointment, the rep will look up the details of your case and will create an inquiry on your behalf.

It may be coincidental but after the Infopass appointment, literally the next day, our EAD/AP was approved.

Did you get a tracking number? My card was mailed the same day as you and I still have not received the card.

Speak to Tier 2. They should be able to provide you with a tracking #.
